We are in a modern, gated, drive-in complex on a beautifully landscaped, tropical beach area in the heart of town, a short walk to Old Town Square. For design, setting, and location, there is nothing as attractive in Puerto Vallarta.

This 3,678 sq ft luxury condo occupies the entire fourth floor on the beach in Tower One at the prestigious Residencias Molino de Agua. Our vacation home is designed and furnished for eight rental guests. For six or fewer, pricing is reduced. Concierge Services are included. An excellent in-house chef is available.

Consistently, guests tell us that our location in town and on the beach is ideal...and that they got much more than expected.

To appreciate all that we offer, one must see the panoramas from all rooms, feel the ocean breezes, hear sounds of waves, enjoy our modern amenities, and sense the privacy that our position in front provides. For privacy, and for viewing the Malecon, beach, and tropical surroundings, our fourth-floor level is ideal. It is not too high and not too low. It is optimum.
