Amenities include a new convection oven, microwave oven, gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice maker and water filter system, coffee brewer, and tropical fruit blender/ smoothie maker. Purified drinking water flows from all our condo taps.
Latest Electronics plus Wi-Fi
All rooms have high-speed, wireless Internet connection service. The living area has high-definition television with surround sound. U.S. television stations and music are received by cable. This area also has XM commercial-free satellite radio and a stereo system with iPod and MP3 player hook-ups.
In the master bedroom, there is high- definition TV with surround sound and U.S. cable service. A separate stereo system serves the master bedroom and master bathroom.
Free International Phone Service
Unlimited, free phone calls to the United States and Canada give you potential savings of hundreds of dollars. Normally, these international phone calls are expensive. We provide the same free service to England, France, and all Latin American countries.
Optimum Air Conditioning
All rooms are served by a modern, fan and coil air conditioning system with dehumidification capabilities. Separate temperature controls are in each well-insulated room.
During much of the year, air conditioning is not needed. When desired, there is no substitute for this large (8-ton), modern, quiet, highly-effective, independent cooling system.
Noise Control
This is the only rental condo in the Residencias Molino de Agua complex that has double walls between bedrooms and Sound Attenuation Batts in all walls and ceilings. Sound suppression adds to enjoyment on vacation.
Laundry Room and Security Safe
Clothes washer and clothes dryer are in a separate room. Included is a safe that can protect two laptop computers plus personal items.
Private Parking
A private, garage parking space with security entrance is included. It is within 15 feet of our elevator.
SERVING YOUR
PERSONAL NEEDS
This is a fully-furnished, luxury condo with full-bathrooms for all three bedrooms. It includes beds, linens, towels, kitchenware, and dining sets for up to eight guests. Maid service is provided three times a week. A Concierge offers recommendations and makes tour and restaurant reservations. He can arrange as well for a private chef for in-home cooking and serving.
A well-stocked grocery store with a good meat and produce sections is within two blocks. A convenience store is across our street. So is Alba Auto Rental, which offers cars and open Jeeps daily and weekly.
ATTRACTIVE RATES
Weekly rental for our three-bedroom, Tower One condo (RMDA 301- Entire Fourth Floor on the Beach) extends normally from Saturday at 4:00pm through Saturday at noon.
A seven night minimum usually applies. Discounts are available for periods of four weeks or more.
Please know that this is a non-smoking vacation home.
