Three bedrooms with bathrooms are on the water. King-size beds are in the master and second bedroom. Two queen-sized beds are in the third bedroom. Our master Jacuzzi tub opens to the ocean.
NOTES: Our Tower One condo (1) has three
bedrooms and connecting bathrooms, (2) offers ocean
views and refreshing breezes in all rooms, and (3) provides full
privacy. Inland condos, which are designed differently, are stacked behind.
On the side, our balcony overlooks tropical grounds, town center, and famous old church. A majestic pool wraps around us.
Our ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with all that you or a hired chef might need. Formal dining is for eight.
Treat yourself to breezes and ocean sounds. Or, shut balcony
doors, close curtains, and use your private room temperature
control. To assure peace and quiet, we built double walls and added sound insulation.
All condos on the beach at Residencias Molino de Agua have
numbers ending in 1. Our condo, RMDA #301, occupies the Entire Fourth Level on the Beach.
